The camera model we would like to present to you today is a digital camera, which is ideal for vlogging.
The model is called AMKOV CD-R2 camera and has an image sensor with a resolution of 24 megapixels.
It also comes with an integrated Wi-Fi function and you can easily pair your smartphone with the camera.
There are some great recording modes, including continuous shooting, which can be set up to a frequency of 3 frames per second.

Technical features
With a focal length of 7.6 mm, the camera offers an enormously powerful digital zoom (4x) for recording high-quality HD photos.
What bothers us a bit is the fact that only memory cards (Micro SD cards) up to a size of 32 GB can be used. You should also format the memory card before using it for the first time!
You can simply drag the files from the camera to your PC via the USB interface (USB 2.0). The file formats used are JPEG for photos and MOV for videos.
There are different shooting modes, for example you can use continuous shooting to take as many pictures as possible in the shortest possible time. There are also different shutter release times, which you can set to 2, 5 or 10 seconds.

The 24 megapixel camera can be set in various resolution formats. The following resolution values can be set for photos:

The lower the resolution, the better the storage capacity can be used. But of course, the image quality also suffers with a low resolution.
You can also use the cam with a 4x digital zoom. In the menu you can adjust various settings for better photo quality. These include, for example, white balance (auto, daylight, cloudy, tungsten, fluorescent) and flash mode, as well as various ISO values (auto, 100, 200 and 400).
Design
The look of the AMKOV CD-R2 is simple and reminds of a typical digital camera.
The 3.0 inch screen is advantageous, which can be folded up to 180 degrees, so you can shoot great selfies and always have the live image in view.
Then there’s the flash, which can be extended and retracted.
The quality of workmanship and the materials used are particularly high and give the camera a modern look.
The battery
It is always important to us that a digital camera has a particularly high-quality battery which supplies the camera with energy over a long period of time.
In the scope of delivery there are 2 x 800 mAh strong batteries, which provide a rather long runtime. However, this depends very much on the way of use.
Of course you can change a battery quickly and easily on the road. If you go on longer trips, 2 batteries are very advantageous. Nothing is more annoying when you are about to record a great moment and the battery suddenly runs out.
For which applications is the AMKOV CD-R2 camera suitable?
Important: This is not an action camera, but a standard digital camera. In our opinion, it is perfectly suited for vlogging. But you can also use the AMKOV CD-R2 Cam for various excursions and other activities. You should only take care that the camera does not get wet or particularly dirty.
In general we recommend a rather careful handling of the camera if you want to use it in outdoor areas.

Conclusion
What we like about this camera is the retractable flash, the rotatable screen and the possibility to connect the cam to a smartphone.
Also the price/performance ratio is quite good and speaks for this model. What else we would have liked is an electronic image stabilizer and the ability to create 4K videos. After all, the resolution of the photo sensor with 24 megapixels is given.
