With a flight time of 8 to 10 minutes, foldable arms and various flight modes, the FQ777 FQ35 Wifi FPV quadrocopter is the best in its price range.
You can already get the drone for a little over 30 €. It is very well suited for beginners but also for advanced quadrocopter pilots.
In the shop you have the possibility to choose between 2 different camera systems, once the 2.0 MP camera and the 720P-Cam. Both provide you with high-quality image and video recordings.
In this report we will tell you what the FQ777 FQ35 WiFi FPV drone can do and what technical refinements you can get for this price.
Technical details
The model has many modes and automatic flight functions that make it easy, especially for beginners, to keep control of the remote controlled aircraft.
In addition, there is a one-key return function, a 6-axis gyroscope and a 3-step speed control that allows you to slowly approach a higher speed.
What we also consider very positive is the ability to do 360 degree stunts forwards, backwards and sideways.
Below the remote control there is also a cradle in which you can use your smartphone. Thanks to WiFi FPV the live image is transmitted directly from the camera to your mobile phone.
Design
The foldable design of the FQ777 FQ35 WiFi FPV quadrocopter is somewhat reminiscent of the DJI Mavic that we have already tested extensively.
In terms of colour, the quadrocopter looks pretty good in blue. Below the electric motors are LED’s, which shine in blue at the front and orange at the back.
In addition, a bright headlight is installed at the front directly above the camera, so you can fly comfortably through the darkest corners and also at night.
Unfortunately, the propellers cannot be folded, but this is not necessary, because when folded they fit perfectly to the shape.
In total, the drone weighs only about 165 grams, which is not very much. With propeller protection, this model reaches a remarkable size with the dimensions of 36 x 36 x 5.8 cm. When folded it is only 18.8 x 13.2 x 5.8 cm.
Camera
Unfortunately the camera has only a resolution of about 0.3 Megapixel (480P). But you can also choose the version with the 2.0 megapixel camera (720P) in the shop, which is a bit more expensive.
Both have a good recording quality, although the resolution itself is not particularly exhilarating, the color quality is impressive. For this price it is great, many drones in this price segment do not have a camera.
For video recordings you have a maximum of 25 frames per second at your disposal.
Battery, range and flight time
A 1000 mAh 25C Lipo battery is installed which works at a voltage of about 3.7 Volt. This energy provides a flight time of about 8 to 10 minutes, whereas the charging time is about 90 minutes.
The manufacturer states the maximum transmission range of the RC components to be over 100 meters. Due to the transmission via WiFi, the FPV only reaches a distance of about 30 to 50 meters. Therefore we recommend to fly the drone only on visibility range, this is required by law in Germany anyway.

Conclusion
The presented model is perfect for beginners who do not have much experience with drones. We recommend you to slowly approach the maximum power of the copter over the 3 speed levels. We especially like the light system and the 360 degree wheels.
Although the cameras are not very powerful, they are perfectly adequate and are rare in this price segment, many drones in this price range do not even have a cam.
