Another drone model from the JJRC series is the JJRC X8 Quadrocopter with 1080P HD camera and 4 brushless electric motors.
We especially like the agility and the rapid flight characteristics of this drone. It achieves a top speed of up to 30 kilometres per hour, is quite agile and you can fly with it for up to 18 minutes per battery charge at a stretch.
The price is absolutely top and is under 200 Euro. How much the model actually costs depends on the scope of delivery you have chosen in the shop. Since the battery is replaceable, you can simply land and insert a spare battery, so the flight time can be extended up to 54 minutes.
Technical data
The JJRC X8 drone is controlled by a 4-channel remote control at a frequency of 2.4 Ghz. Here the transmitter GR6221A is used, which is also often used for other drone models.
There is also an FPV mode, which uses a 5G Wifi, but only has a range of up to 300 meters.
The transferred image has a 1920 x 1080 pixel format, is displayed at 25 frames per second and is stored in MP4 format.
As drive 4 pieces of the 1806 1500KV brushless motors are used. These electric motors have a lot of power and ensure that the drone can reach such high speeds.
The equipment also includes a GPS auto positioning system, which not only determines the position of your quadrocopter very accurately, but also keeps the model quite stable in its flight attitude. Camera
With the 8 megapixel CMOS sensor, which has a size of 1/3.06 inches, you can create super photo and video recordings. Pictures are produced with 1080P and videos with 720P.
Unfortunately, there is no gimbal system on this drone model, so the video recordings may be a bit blurred due to the vibrations and movements of the quadrocopter, which are recorded.
Design and appearance

Among other things, this model has an integrated GPS positioning system, so that especially beginners can always keep control of the quadrocopter. As a result, the drone hovers almost exactly on one spot as soon as you release the joystick. In addition, GPS allows 3 different ways of Return To Home function, so you can always get your drone back from any possible situation.
The GPS works almost always, but there must be more than 7 satellites available. If this is the case, the home point is saved. As soon as you press the “Return-To-Home” button on the remote control, the quadrocopter model will fly back to the home point. During the intelligent Return-To-Home function, you can also instruct the drone to fly around objects and obstacles.
There is also a fail-safe. In this case the drone will fly to the home-point, if the signal between remote control and quadrocopter was interrupted for more than 6 seconds. If the signal is rebuilt while the model is on its way back, you can abort the process by pressing the Return-To-Home button again.
The model also has an automatic altitude barometer regulation system. This allows the drone to regulate its altitude by itself and keep the flight attitude perfect.
