In today’s report we introduce the Leno action camera with 4K resolution and Wifi.
With this model you have the possibility to record pin sharp pictures. You can film yourself during various sporting activities and have the live image transferred to your smartphone.

Technical details
The Action-Cam has a wide angle lens of 170 degrees. This guarantees a higher quality of the picture and all important details of your activities are captured. Because of the wide angle lens and the resulting increased light incidence into the lens, the camera is also very good in low light conditions.
With the help of the Wifi function, your smartphone or tablet can be connected to your action cam. A corresponding application for a terminal device is available for both iOS and Android devices.
With the smartphone you can make various settings of the camera and in the menu you can adjust the exposure, shooting modes and picture quality according to your wishes.
Camera resolution, memory and image sensor
A photo sensor with a resolution of 16 megapixels is installed. This provides you with pin sharp pictures in a very high resolution.
Because of the good sensor quality it is possible to record videos with a resolution of up to 4K with the Lenco action camera. A maximum frame rate of 30 frames per second is possible.
The recordings are stored on a Micro SD card. You can use a memory card up to 64 GB for the camera. There videos are stored in MP4 format and photos in JPG format.
The design
Somewhat disappointed us the design of the Lenco action camera. The cam doesn’t differ much from other models and therefore doesn’t make a unique impression.
The camera’s outer casing is somewhat ribbed, with the power-on button at the front next to the lens, some controls on the right and a few connectors on the left, such as a mini USB port, micro SD card reader and mini HDMI output.
On the back is the 2 inch display where the menu or the captured live image is shown.
The package also includes a waterproof cover, which is suitable for submersion up to 2 meters, so ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
Runtime and battery technology
The high-quality battery of the Lenco Sportcam-700 provides a runtime of up to 90 minutes. But you can also exchange it or recharge it via a powerbank.
In our opinion the charging capacity of the battery is a little bit poor. 900 mAh are not really much, here you could have used a bigger battery and increase the runtime to 120 minutes.
