Technical data and facts
The model is in itself very beginner-friendly. Among other things, this is due to the 6-axis gyro, but also to the automatic height-hold function.
So you can keep your fingers off the joystick and the ScharkSpark drone will still stay in the air like a one and stabilize itself completely automatically.
But not only the high flight stability makes it particularly easy to use for beginners, the remote control is also equipped with extensive labelling, which makes operation much easier.
During the flight you have the possibility to watch the video as a live picture from the ego-perspective. But for this you need a smartphone with Android or iOS operating system.
Camera
Here is a great camera installed, which transmits live images in good quality directly to your terminal. However, you should note that the image resolution and color saturation are in line with the price of the drone.
You can easily change the camera direction to take photos and videos using the FPV control. So pan the drone to the left or right and see in the live image if the image format fits.
Unfortunately there is no gimbal system. This means that the drone does not stabilize itself.
The remote control
As already mentioned, the way of labeling the remote control is quite unusual and advantageous for beginners.
Below you can clamp in your smartphone and use it as a live image monitor to display the FPV image in real time.

Battery, flight time and range
A real special feature is the special flight battery of the drone. There are 2 pieces of it in the scope of delivery. One battery lasts for a flight time of 10 to 12 minutes. In our experience, this is a good value in this price category. Furthermore you can easily exchange the battery and buy additional battery packs.
Just make sure to allow about 10 minutes to elapse in between so that the quadrocopter can cool down.
