In today’s report, we present a modern selfie drone, which has a very good price/performance ratio and is great for shooting self-portraits.
The Flitt 720P WIFI FPV quadrocopter is a foldable model. When folded it fits in almost every pocket. So you can take the drone with you almost everywhere and take many pictures even when travelling.
The quadrocopter has great functions and can be operated ideally via smartphone. Due to the altitude barometer and the automatic stabilisation system, the Selfie drone can be easily operated by newcomers.

Technical data and facts
Besides the altitude barometer, the quadrocopter also has an optical flow positioning system. Integrated is also a gyroscope, which works over 6 axes. This combines an acceleration sensor and a rotation rate sensor.
In case of flight deviations, the drone then starts to correct automatically. These systems support the model in independent hovering flight and ensure significantly increased flight stability.
In addition, the model is easy to operate with a one-key takeoff/land function. Simply press a button on the remote control and the aircraft takes off or lands fully automatically, always in automatic hover.
There are also 3 different speed options to choose from, so beginners can slowly get used to the new flight characteristics of the Flitt 720P quadrocopter.
The Selfie quadrocopter is controlled exclusively by your mobile phone, a remote control is not included in the delivery. The Selfie app Flitt is very simple and clearly arranged. The interface looks like this:
There are also various safety systems, including Low Power Protection, Motor Shaft Lock Protection, Loose Control Protection and removable propeller guards.
The integrated software detects early on when the battery charge level reaches a critical threshold value. If this is the case, the drone emits a warning signal and later switches over to automatic landing approach to prevent the aircraft from crashing.
Should the model crash and a propeller or prop guard be damaged, there is also the possibility to order spare parts.
Design
We especially like the construction of this selfie drone and the excellent quality. The model is small, compact and can be taken everywhere in your pocket, because you can fold it up.
The materials used are very resistant, so the drone will forgive you the one or other crash. The drone even fits in my jacket pocket:
In terms of colour, the quadrocopter is not very special, it is a shimmering black with a white logo on the top of the drone.
In the scope of supply there are 4 propeller protectors, which you can attach to protect the drives from collisions.
The design is very convenient and the battery can be replaced quickly and easily.
The camera is recessed flat at the front and is hardly noticeable. Unfortunately there is no gimbal system, which is not to be expected in this price range.
You should never bring the Selfie drone into contact with rain, moisture and humidity. We therefore recommend that you only use the model in sunny weather or indoors.
When unfolded (measured without propeller), this model measures 145 mm x 141 mm x 32 mm. When folded, it measures 145 mm x 36 mm x 32 mm.
Camera
A 1.3 MP HD camera is installed, which generates images with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and videos with a resolution of 720P at 30 frames per second.
The camera pitch limit is between -90 and 0 degrees and can be controlled manually. Images are automatically saved in JPEG and videos in MP4 AVC/H.264.
In order to offer a wider range of applications, the manufacturer has come up with various camera features. In addition to the Optical Flow Positioning System, there is also the Photo Burst, Single Shot, Self-Timer, Scenery Mode, Shake phone shot and the Volume button shot.

Range, battery and flight time
The maximum transmission range is only 20 meters, but for a Selfie drone this is already a remarkable achievement.
The battery is a 3.7V 1S 900 mAh battery, it is included in the scope of delivery.

Conclusion
This Selfie drone we tested has many great features and it is already available for a quite reasonable price. Since the price/performance ratio is excellent, we can warmly recommend this model. Especially beginners benefit from the great flight characteristics.
However, pros will not be that enthusiastic, the quadrocopter is better for people who want to shoot normal selfies in everyday life.
For the price the Selfie drone has pretty good resolution values and the design is also very attractive.
