Today we present you again a super drone with an enormously favorable price/performance ratio. It is the Yagii Dual Camera Drone with 1080P camera and a 6 axis gyroscope. It is equipped with an intelligent internal sensor system and can therefore avoid obstacles automatically.

This model is therefore particularly suitable for newcomers, as it not only keeps the drone in the air itself, but also corrects possible incorrect control commands from the pilot by taking evasive action if a collision is imminent.

All important key data and what you have to pay attention to with the Yagii Dual Camera, you will find out in this report.

Technical data and facts

The Yagii Dual Camera Drone is very easy to control and is so robustly built that it even forgives the odd crash or two.

It flies very stable, has a strong acceleration and also comes to an immediate stop.

The remote control is a very wide design with retractable antennas. It works with a transmission frequency of 2.4 Ghz, at which as little interference as possible can occur, and the drone sends control commands directly to the quadrocopter.

On the remote control we especially liked the buttons on the back, which are located on the right and left side. On the right side you can switch on the headless mode and do 3D flips, on the left side there are also 2 buttons, one for speed control and one to start the Return To Home function.

In headless mode, the drone can be directly controlled without any problems regarding the alignment. This means that if the quadrocopter is upside down and you pull the right joystick towards you, the model will move in your direction instead of drifting away backwards.

Design

The drone is available in the shop in black and white. It reminds us very much of the Parrot Bebop drone and probably it is also a replica, at least that’s our impression.

In the scope of supply are also still so-called Bumper, 4 pieces of it there are in the set, for each propeller one. These serve as rotor protection to protect the drives in case of lateral collisions.

Camera

The high-quality 1080P HD camera has a wide angle and even WLAN. The images can be transferred to a smartphone in real time, so it is possible to fly the drone from the ego perspective.

Battery

In the scope of supply there is a battery with 1600 mAh. It works at a voltage of 3.7 volts and ensures a long flight time due to its high capacity.

The drone remains in the air with one battery charge for a full 22 minutes. Afterwards you have to recharge the flight battery, which in our opinion takes far too long. In total the battery needs 170 minutes to charge.
