The small size and weight of only 18 grams indicate that this is a mini drone. It does not have a camera, but it is perfect for beginners, because the costs for the quadrocopter are manageable. Thus the entry costs into the drone hobby are quite low.
Flight behaviour
With friends and acquaintances, you can have fun flying anywhere, because the quadrocopter is so small that it can be easily taken anywhere.
Due to its small size, the RC aircraft can be flown in very confined spaces. You don’t need to have any special flying skills to do this, because the Nano QX has quite sophisticated software that keeps the aircraft in balance as long as the stability mode is activated.
In Stability Mode, the Nano QX will hover automatically, you don’t have to do anything and can let go of the control stick, the drone will stay in the air as if nailed to the ground, except when strong wind comes up.
Here we already come to a big disadvantage of this drone. With its low weight, it is difficult to resist a strong gust of wind in outdoor areas.
It does steer against it, but it doesn’t have enough power to perfectly balance strong winds. That’s why the Nano QX is more suitable as an indoor gadget drone.
Those who have already gained a lot of flight experience can switch to the agility mode. Here, faster flight speeds and greater manoeuvrability are possible.
Here too, the SAFE system ensures a stable flight, but the quadrocopter is much more agile in this mode.
For example, you can perform cool flips and rolls, but only in Agility mode. In Stability Mode the drone’s angle of attack is limited, but you can fly much safer (highly recommended for beginners).

For the flight a 1S 3.7V 15 LiPo battery with 150 mAh provides enough energy to keep the quadrocopter in the air for several minutes.
